Discover the hidden treasures of Cretan nature!
We invite you on a unique journey of discovery in nature, in the enchanting landscapes of Apokoronas. At Cretan Gea, you will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the richness of the Cretan land and learn to recognize and collect the wild edible greens and herbs that are hidden all around us.
- We will have a lovely walk in nature together, and collect the herbs that we recognize, while learning about the biodiversity of the area.
- With the greens we will collect, we will prepare traditional Cretan recipes together, such as stir-fried greens with white lemon sauce, pies and salads.
- We will have the opportunity to taste the dishes we prepare, enjoying the unique flavor and aroma of wild herbs.
At the end of the workshop, you will have acquired new knowledge, come closer to nature and enjoyed a unique tasting experience.
