- Booking and Payment
Reservation: All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone.
Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed via email after payment or deposit has been received.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via paypal – credit/debit card or Direct Bank Transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
Cancellations made 24 hours to 4 days before the tour, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 4 days before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Participation Requirements
Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 1 years old.
Health and Safety: Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. We are not liable for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or conditions.
Clothing and Footwear: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for the garden and cooking activities.
- Liability
Cretan Gea is not responsible for any personal injuries, property loss, or damage occurring during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participants join activities at their own risk.
- Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, recipes, and materials provided during the tour are the property of Cretan Gea. You may use these for personal purposes but not for commercial reproduction or distribution without our consent.
- Changes to Tours
Weather or Operational Changes: We reserve the right to adjust the schedule, activities, or location in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational issues.
Notification: If changes are necessary, we will notify participants as early as possible.
- Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for administrative purposes and to enhance your experience. We do not share your information with third parties.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Crete.
